From enterprise software to your business's website
I'm Luis — a software engineer from Costa Rica with a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Costa Rica. I've spent nearly two decades building software the hard way: full application lifecycles, real databases, APIs, and systems that organizations actually depend on.
That path ran through some of the country's institutions and software companies — as an Analyst & Programmer at IMAS, as IT Director at the Consejo Nacional de Concesiones, and as a Software Developer and Project Manager at Arkkosoft, working in Java, Spring, JavaScript and modern web stacks under Scrum.
Since 2013, alongside all of that, I've worked on two things most agencies treat as an add-on. First SEO — the technical side of it: how a site is crawled, rendered, structured and measured, not a list of keywords. Then WordPress, where I ended up writing my own plugins instead of stacking someone else's on top of each other. That combination is why the sites I build load fast and get found, and why when a business needs something WordPress doesn't do out of the box, I can simply build it.
In 2019 I started 321 Solutions to bring that same engineering discipline to the businesses around me — tour operators, hotels, surf schools and restaurants that deserve more than a generic template. Today that means websites, apps and booking systems built properly, bilingual by default, by someone you can actually pick up the phone and reach.
Pura Vida Snorkeling & Fishing — Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste. The reservation engine on their site is a WordPress plugin I wrote for them: tour and date selection, live per-guest pricing, and a deposit taken by card — so the booking closes on their own site instead of an OTA that keeps a commission on every trip.
